A RETREAT FOR WOMEN

This retreat for women will include “ART SAVES LIVES” and a Native American Sweat Lodge with Zoe Allison. Plant Meditation and Qi-Gong for finding personal energy and centering with Judith Brooks.

This retreat is in the beautiful Mountains of North Carolina just off the Blue Ridge Parkway at
EARTH GREEN MEDICINE LODGE.

We welcome others to embrace your life with ceremony. Each teacher is coming from rich traditions and practices of health and personal healing. Our intention is to infuse participants in personal actions of transformation to give guidance to each of our lives with the power and ancient wisdom of ceremony.  Experience “Dreaming your life”, in the healing way of personal power and sovereignty.  Zoe will lead us in creating gifts in the Mystical Arts.  Women allow your self the space of wonder to explore the mystery within us.  We all seek to transform ourselves through creation. Art can and does save lives. We will focus on creating a clearer connection with
our inner, helpers, guides and protectors.  Call to yourself the dream of your desires.

Judith will lead us into a greater understanding of using the plants with a Plant Meditation.  This adventure with Mother Earth will help deepen your respect for ourselves and nature, creating a direct connection for personal healing.  A simple and direct technique for Qi-Gong will also be introduced each day for balancing the
body and finding personal energy and balance.

All of the Women participating will have an opportunity to be purified with the Native American Sweat Lodge. 
Here prayers for ourselves, the planet and others will be offered.  Find a place of inner peace and harmony.
You only need to enter in with an open heart and be willing to move away from a place of expectations, preconceptions and prejudices.  The Earth Green Medicine Lodge is a special space in nature with
insight and reverence for Mother Earth. Please join us for this Women’s gathering.

MORE ABOUT THIS YEARS WOMENS RETREAT.

We have been having Women’s Retreats in North Carolina for Ten years
and welcome you to join us in this year of 2010.

A opening circle of sharing and group dreaming will include an awakening and balancing of the body with Qi-Gong, Judith will led us in receiving teachings directly from sacred plants, later Saturday evening we will have the purification of the native American Sweat Lodge. Sunday we will all have the time to create art devoted to the Holy “Art saves Lives,” and work together with the drums and rattles. Closing circle will be at 3:00 pm

Dress comfortable; please bring a blanket or sarong to use as a lap cloth.

All gifting is appropriate and appreciated.   Suggested monetary gifting: $100.-$200 Per person.
The amount you gift is entirely up to you - it's between you and Spirit.

Lodging: Camping is available if you wish to bring a tent; otherwise floor and a large outside deck are
available at the Lodge. Bring your own sleeping bag, blanket, pillow, sleeping pad, etc.
Whatever you need to be comfortable.

Meals: Will be healthy and entirely home made, All meals will be provided.  If you have special needs or
personal snack concerns, please address them for yourself.  Let us know about any food allergies or
special dietary needs. Vegetarian dishes will be available.      

Location: EARTH GREEN MEDICINE LODGE just off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Celo.
